Graphite Chair is the result of experimenting with several materials and technique: it combines Tyvek, latex, resin and serigraphy ink. The inner structure of the chairs is made from a metallic core mixed up with expandable foam. The outer surface is made of latex and resin treated Tyvek. The finishing was made with black ink and UV varnish.
The chair was shortlisted in the Best New Product category at the 2009 Annual Blueprint Award.
